Terms and Conditions for Course Registration
Participants need to register at least 6 weeks before the Course Start Date. This allows us to process participant registrations and confirmation in a manner that is beneficial and effective for participants and customers.
Upon successful submission of this course registration, you will receive an email Notification of Registration from us with information of how payment should be made. Your company needs to make payment via bank transfer within 10 working days from course registration for the course registration to be valid and confirmed. Once we have received payment, we will confirm the course registration via email.
Withdrawals and Replacements
Withdrawals and refunds are not allowed once we have received the payment unless in extenuating circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. Replacements from the same company are allowed and should be requested in writing at least 2 weeks before the course. Any withdrawals or replacements should be made in writing to Clarity Training and Consulting.
