Guy Stephens is Clarity’s Associate Consultant and Trainer, specialising in social customer care and communications, design thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Guy has been in the social customer care space since 2008 when it first began, setting up the use of social media in customer service at The Carphone Warehouse, the largest independent cellphone retailer in Europe at that time. He has been described by Dr Dave Chaffey as ‘one of the world’s leading thinkers’ on the use of social media in customer service and has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter.
