Michelle is the founder of Clarity Training and Consulting and is deeply passionate about expanding people’s potential through training and coaching. She has been a communications and business skills trainer and facilitator for the past 15 years and has designed and facilitated more than 200 workshops for 2900 executives and managers from different countries and cultures. She has also trained and coached executives and managers from Fortune 500 and global companies such as AIG, Chevron, Caterpillar, CISCO, Standard Chartered Bank, Goodyear, ABB, Changi Airport, Maybank, Equinix and UOL Group, and worked with stakeholders in these organisations to drive business results through learning and development. Some of her key expertise are in Organizational Communications, Stakeholder and Customer Management, Managerial and Leadership Development, Executive Presentation Skills and Facilitation Skills.
Michelle brings with her more than 20 years of corporate and training experience and is deeply familiar with business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-business (B2B) and government-to-citizen (G2C) markets. She has worked with and for multinational companies, SME enterprises and the government sector. With these wide-ranging corporate experiences, she can design and deliver training and coaching solutions that are highly business-relevant and customised to the needs of her clients and participants.
Michelle is also an Accredited Executive Coach, having taken her Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) based in London. She coaches individuals and groups in communications, executive development, and personal & business growth.
Michelle loves to work with people and has a passion to help people and companies achieve greater growth, performance and fulfillment through training and coaching. She is from Singapore, had lived in United States and is currently residing with her family in Switzerland. She travels between Europe and Asia to train, consult and coach.

Guy Stephens is Clarity’s Associate Consultant and Trainer, specialising in social customer care and communications, design thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Guy has been in the social customer care space since 2008 when it first began, setting up the use of social media in customer service at The Carphone Warehouse, the largest independent cellphone retailer in Europe at that time. He has been described by Dr Dave Chaffey as ‘one of the world’s leading thinkers’ on the use of social media in customer service and has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter.
Following his work at The Carphone Warehouse, Guy became a consultant at Capgemini in 2011. He has been consulting as a trainer for IBM, Learning and Knowledge Department since 2013. He had worked in the global team, where he led the training globally for Digital ReinventionTM and works with the European team, where he provides professional development training to IBM’s consultants in Consulting Skills, Leadership and Communication.
Since 2011, he has also been providing social customer care training to a range of corporate clients from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Dubai, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Attendees have been from a range of sectors including Finance, Insurance, Tourism, Retail, Education, Automotive, Aviation, Police and Utilities, and across a variety of levels from C-Suite, Directors, Managers, Team Leads and Agents.
Guy graduated from the University of Oxford in 1995 with a Master of Studies in Sinology (Chinese). He is a Certified Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, a Certified ScrumMaster, and has also been practising Design Thinking for a number of years.
Amy Jones is a Clarity Associate Trainer and a Supply Chain / Procurement consultant. Amy has over 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance. She started her career at Rolls-Royce as a Graduate Trainee in Procurement and she has worked as a Director of Global Procurement and Supply Chain in Alstom Power for over 5 years.
Amy works with clients on consulting projects, training programmes and coaching. Examples include writing and developing supply chain strategy, sourcing components for cost and lead-time reduction, process implementation and delivery of training. She is also an Accredited Associate Executive Coach, certified by Academy of Executive Coaching, Switzerland.
Amy’s qualifications include professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply (MCIPS), Six Sigma Greenbelt, Diploma in Finance (Dip FM) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), ISO9001 Certified Lead Auditor, Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching) , BSc (Hons) degree from University of Nottingham and B2 German Language.
